Community Roots Program

Overview
The Delta Co-op Community Roots Program is designed to support local groups and non-profits with meaningful, community-focused initiatives. This program empowers organizations to bring impactful ideas to life and foster stronger, more connected communities.

Funding Available
Eligible groups have the opportunity to receive between $5,000 and $25,000 in funding for their projects. Funding is intended for initiatives that create positive change and strengthen the community. These projects can be for recreation, urban agriculture, environmental conservation, and other community building projects. Disbursement of approved funds will occur after November 4, 2025.

Whether it's creating inclusive spaces, addressing local needs, or promoting social well-being, this program helps community-driven ideas take root and flourish. It’s a chance to make lasting improvements where they matter most.

Selection Process
Applications to be submitted between July 1 to August 15, 2025. All applications will be reviewed by the Delta Co-op. Recipients will be chosen based on the merit and community impact of the proposal. Please note that funding is not guaranteed—if no application meets the required standards, a winner may not be selected.
